Alex has helped build and scale companies at the forefront of emerging tech — from early search and mobile at Google, to Facebook as a platform, the shared economy, social e-commerce, and autonomous vehicles. She’s launched new offices, globalized programs, and developed high-performing recruiting teams with a focus on operational efficiency and people effectiveness. She uses data and creativity in equal measure to deliver personalized results at a fast pace.

At Lyft, Alex joined under 100 employees and helped scale to 3,000+. Her team built the Level 5 autonomous division from 0 to 250 in under two years, and scaled tech recruiting from 4 to 80. She works with startup founders and high growth founders like John Zimmer/Logan Green, and later Travis Kalanick while in stealth mode. She hosted events with pioneers like Vint Cerf, “the father of the internet” and Peter Norvig, co-author of the “AI Bible”. Her work has even shown up on big screen in The Internship and Super Pumped.

Lately, Alex has been focused on startups reshaping music and finance for independent artists. She’s always energized by what’s next and excited to organize people at the edge of what’s possible
